Anna Fairclough
Representative Anna Fairclough, formerly an Anchorage Assemblywoman, wrote the City ordinance that enabled John Rubini’s tax exemption under a newly created State law. While on the Anchorage Assembly, Fairclough received several large contributions from Veco and Rubini. Fairclough received more Veco and Rubini contributions again later, when running for the Alaska Legislature.
